· Project Address: A fine chemical industry park in East China
· Application Scenario: Circulating water cooling for core process equipment such as chemical reaction kettles, distillation columns, and compressors. Supporting continuous production lines with 24/7 uninterrupted operation.
· Project Requirements: Stably control the temperature of circulating cooling water to ensure the process temperature fluctuation ≤ ±1℃; meet the anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, and energy-saving requirements of the chemical industry park; reduce water and energy consumption; and solve the pain points of traditional open cooling towers such as easy water pollution, equipment scaling and corrosion, and frequent maintenance.
